Returns and conditions

No refunds except in exceptional circumstances :

Some jewelry can be exchanged for a piece of equal value within 7 days of receiving your jewelry.

Items that cannot be exchanged.

Any special order or any piece of jewelry to which one or more design/creation changes have been made at the buyer's request. Examples: changing the stone, requesting a size not available in the standard sales chart.

It is your responsibility to pack the item carefully to prevent damage during return shipping. No exchange will be issued if the jewelry has been damaged.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
